Privacy
ImmiQA is designed to be used without an account and without giving us your identity. You can ask a question and get a general answer without telling us who you are.
What we use
When you send a message, the text of your conversation is sent to our answering service so it can generate a reply. We keep only what is needed to run and protect the service (such as basic, aggregated technical logs). We do not require your name, contact details or documents to use the tool, and we ask you not to paste sensitive personal identifiers (passport numbers, full identity documents) into the chat.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't build advertising profiles from your questions. The tool doesn't ask you to register to see an answer.
If you choose to contact a professional
If you decide to follow an optional link to speak with a registered professional, that is a separate step you choose to take. Any details you then provide there are handled under that service's own terms — not collected silently by the tool.
Third-party services
Answers are generated using third-party AI infrastructure, and the site is served through standard web hosting and a content-delivery network. These providers process requests to deliver the service.
No account needed. Just ask.
