Methodology
Question-led immigration research, not shortcut advice.
ImmiQA is designed to help users prepare better questions. It does not decide eligibility, predict outcomes or replace advice from a registered migration agent, immigration lawyer or official authority.
1. Scope the pathway
Every guide begins by identifying the country, visa class, applicant role, sponsor role, dates and current status. If those inputs are unknown, the answer is treated as provisional.
2. Separate facts from claims
- Confirmed facts are supported by documents or official records.
- Assumptions are labelled so they are not accidentally presented as evidence.
- Decision-sensitive facts, such as prior refusals or expiry dates, are elevated for adviser review.
3. Use public-source discipline
Rules can change. ImmiQA guides are written as research prompts and checklist frameworks. Users should verify current requirements through official government pages before relying on any general information.
